The inaugural Festival of Genomics is only a few days away – scheduled for June 22 – 24 at the convention center in Boston. We are excited to join this large new “festival” in Boston, which promises to be a different kind of conference with lots of TED-style plenary talks. There is a lineup of high-caliber speakers, including Craig Venter, George Church, Eric Green, Heidi Rehm, and many others. Furthermore, the sessions that cover relevant genomics topics are right up our alley, among them genome medicine, cancer genomics, practical clinical implementation and last but not least (and close to our hearts) genome data analysis.
