This year’s American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) annual meeting will be held in Philadephia from April 19 – 22 and will be attended by nearly 20,000 participants.
This is one of the largest cancer research gatherings of the year, so we would like to help you get your schedule in place ahead of the conference to get the most out of your visit. We fully understand that time and efficiency is critical, whether you plan to get the most out of a conference or gain insight from your sequence data.
We listened and simplified your user experience!
With our customers’ valued input we have simplified how you navigate through the Maverix Analytic Platform by providing faster, more direct access to the information you need most and reducing the number of mouse clicks and keystrokes required.
- User interface enhancements:
- New and improved home page layout
- Analysis progress and status bar displayed on the home page
- Data files are uploaded directly from your home page
- Fewer clicks needed to get to your results
This new user interface will allow you to be more efficient when you are analyzing your sequence data, allowing you to reach your goal faster, whether that’s writing a scientific paper or finding a new drug target.
We’ve implemented an easy yet powerful 1-2-3 Launch mode for Variant Analysis!
Keeping the focus on increased efficiency in mind, we’ve improved the process of configuring and launching our DNA-seq variant analysis kit. This greatly simplifies life for the biologist who does not want to deal with complicated analysis settings, while still keeping the system powerful enough for the bioinformatician who is configuring and launching complex studies with thousands of samples.
- Three simple steps and then click Launch to get your results:
- Name your study
- Select your files and identify your samples. You can also provide phenotypic information useful to variant filtering.
- Set a minimal number of parameters from menu-driven choices and click launch.
We are excited to launch these new user interface enhancements at AACR and hope that many of you will stop by to visit us and take a look at the new features while you are at the conference.
If you currently have sequence data that you need to analyze or are planning doing some sequencing in the future, you should stop by our booth to get a personal demo – look for us in booth #854. We have a large contingent of Maverix representatives available to answer all of your questions – whether you are new to sequencing, a researcher that has analysis needs, or a bioinformatician that has complex data analysis requirements.
The exhibit hall is open:
- Sunday, April 19: 1.00pm – 5.00pm
- Monday, April 20: 9.00am – 5.00pm
- Tuesday, April 21: 9.00am – 5.00pm
